Cirkuit was conceived by Joe Rozzi in 2001 while he was still in high school. It started out doing basic web hosting, shell hosting, and website maintenance service. Cirkuit was incorporated in 2004 by Joe and Clint Sparks while Joe was attending Purdue University. Cody Brugh and Adam Muehlhausen were soon on board and eventually became a part of Cirkuit's ownership.
